Our newest church reaches out to Africans
Pastor George Lwamba (left) is planting the City-Wide Praise and Worship Church with the support of his musical brothers, the award-winning Congolese trio known as Krystaal. This new congregation, which worships in English, French, and Swahili as well), focuses on bringing healing, restoration, and community to African immigrants who have been scarred by war. Services are held Saturday afternoons at 2:30 at Temple Baptist Church on Dewhurst, just north of Danforth Ave. (one block west of the Donlands subway).
