CHRISTOS: THE STORY OF GOD'S LOVE
Middle East Baptist Church, in partnership with Dramatic Change Youth Theatre, invites Toronto Baptists and their friends to the church's fourth annual theatrical production of Christos. Music, video, and drama take you through the story of God’s love for humanity, reaching its climax in Jesus' death and resurrection. Presented in Arabic on Friday, March 19 at 8:00 p.m. and in English on Saturday, March 20, at 6:00 p.m. at The Meeting House, 2700 Bristol Circle, (near Dundas and 403) Oakville. Admission is free. THE CRUCIFIXION, BY JOHN STAINER
The choir of Yorkminster Park Baptist Church joins the Orpheus Choir of Toronto in presenting this powerful choral work, including the classic setting of John 3:16, on Palm Sunday, March 28, at 4:30 p.m. at Yorkminster Park Baptist Church (Yonge and Heath, just north of St. Clair). The program also features "Glory, Honour, and Laud" by Charles Wood. An offering will be received.
